Physical Therapist,

| This position is full-time
with the option of part-time if preferred (32 hours/week).
Day shift between the hours of 7:30am or 8:30am - 5:00pm
or 6:00pm, M - F, rotating weekends. Option - 4 (10/hr
shifts) or 5 day week. The Physical Therapist, as directed
by a health care practitioner, performs PT evaluations,
establishes treatment plans with goals, provides treatment,
delegates specific treatments and performs discharge
activities. Minimum Qualifications: Individuals who have
a Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy or who have
a Baccalaureate degree and a certification or Advanced
degree from a Institution of Higher Learning accredited
by the American Physical Therapy Association. An individual
eligible for/or holding a Physical Therapy license in
the State Alaska, Washington, California, or Oregon.
Some positions may require a drivers abstract indicating
a valid State Drivers license in good standing. Manual
Therapy experience preferred. |
