Job # 0522031 Director Critical Care
100 bed not for profit, non union faith based facility in a nice sized town. This is a hospital organization dedicated to the total healing mission, while also providing the opportunity for professional growth and development to their staff and management.

In this position you have the opportunity to oversee three brand new state of the art units and a brand new cath lab. Reporting to the CNO, you will have a chance to oversee 25 beds and 75 FTE's total, including two managers. This unit has been well run for the past several years, and has a well trained staff. They need a leader that that can take them to the next level and provide an environment that supports growth.

You must be an BSN to qualify for an interview, and a Masters degree would be preferred. Leadership 2-3 years.

Job # 0522032 Director of Surgical Services - Northwest
Looking for a hands-on Director who is team oriented; will handle budgeting and employee relations. Position reports to the CNO and oversees OR, PACU, and Central Processing. Ideal candidate will be people oriented, and be able to handle stressful situations and conflict tactfully.

Facility requires BSN w. 5 yrs of OR experience. Would look at experience over BSN, if candidate has Associates. State license or eligible required. ACLS req'd, member of AORN pref.

Job # 0522033 Director of ER Services
Not for Profit, Non Union facility in a beautiful bedroom community commutable to metropolitan city. This hospital organization is community based and has a reputation for being among the top hospitals in the country for quality of care, patient satisfaction and providing a positive environment for employees.

Reporting to the CNO, you will oversee 120 FTE's and three managers. This ER currently sees 50,000 visits annually and is growing quickly. As the Director of Emergency Services you will be responsible for the budget, planning, marketing and ensuring the continual growth of the department. You will mentor managers that oversee the day to day and clinical operations of the department.

A bachelor's is required and you must be a registered nurse to qualify for an interview. Three years as a manager in an ER setting is also strongly preferred.

Job # 0522034 Chief Nursing Officer
  • Establishes objectives for Nursing Service and organizational structure, functions and activities for achieving objectives.
  • Participates in activities related to the hospital's organizational programming, goal setting and policy development.
  • Monitors Nursing Service activities on an ongoing basis to identify and resolve problems related to patient care.
  • Provides input into the development, allocation and administration of the Nursing Service budget.
  • Provides formal liaison between Nursing Service and the Medical Staff.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of nursing care and the strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts.
  • Knowledge of current leadership, management, and quality improvement concepts and the ability to participate in the development and implementation of organizational strategies to address opportunities to improve the delivery of nursing care to patients.

Must be a graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing with B.S.N; Evidence of a plan to obtain the knowledge and skills associated with a master degree in nursing related field and five years of nursing experience which has provided progressive opportunities to refine administrative skills.

Job # 0522035 Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager
Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing; BSN or BS in Nursing preferred. Current State Licensure required. Responsible in conjunction with the Nurse Manager for managing the daily clinical operations, supervising and providing direct patient care and overseeing the performance and development of the nursing staff within the clinical unit. Assists in establishing standards of care and practice to provide positive patient outcomes and evaluating and/or improving the effectiveness of the processes and systems which support both patient care and staff performance.
Job # 0522036 Patient Care Director
Bachelors and Masters degree in Nursing required. Minimum 3 years Acute Care experience required. Prior management at Department level required. Current R.I. RN licensure required. Director experience preferred. Excellent communications & interpersonal skills required. Responsible for implementation of the strategic plan and standards of care and practices.
